Taurus and its decan constellations Orion, Eridanus and Auriga begin the narrative of the end of time. Taurus represents a time of terror the earth has never yet seen – it is called the Great Tribulation or the Hour of Jacob’s Trouble. Orion represents Jesus punishing the earth’s inhabitants in Eridanus, a river of fiery punishment flowing into the outermost darkness. At the same time, he, like a shepherd, will personally care for huge numbers of new believers throughout their trials.
